The Wigwam Country Club (WCC) is an Arizona non-profit corporation incorporated in 1953. The purpose of the WCC is to provide an athletic, recreational and social organization for its members.

The WCC neither owns nor operates any of the facilities of The Wigwam Resort used by its members. It has, through an agreement with The Wigwam Resort, arranged for its members, upon payment of an initiation fee, monthly fees and house charges to the resort, to have
access to the Resort's golf, tennis, health and fitness, locker rooms and food and beverage facilities.

The ten year agreement with the Resort which was to expire on April 30, 2010 was extended with amendment by the new owners, JDM Partners, LLC for one year to expire on April 30, 2011.The current, amended agreement eliminates the food minimum, effective May 1, 2010 and reduces the discount on food and beverage purchases at the Wigwam Resort to ten percent. During the one year amended extension, the WCC Board and JDM will continue to work on a new longer-term use agreement.

The club is governed by its board of directors and officers.
